Traffic officer a disgrace

EDITOR: I wish to express my disappointment with the way a certain traffic Police officer of CPS handles business. As a motorist, I have on several occasions, watched his actions which put Police professionalism in total jeopardy.

He is such a corrupt person who openly solicits for kitu kidogo (bribe) and when you refuse, he immediately issues a ticket.
His understanding of policing issues is questionable. He is rude, does not want to listen and his word is law in itself. I ask the standards unit and the OC traffic CPS to reign on this officer. I think he requires further training in community policing and relations because his job puts him in direct contact with people. Otherwise, he is a menace in the profession.
