KCC FC hope to continue their fine start to the 2010-11 super league season with coach Matia Lule optimistic by sunset today his team will back at the apex of the table.

The Lugogo team is coming off a 3-1 win over champions Bunamwaya SC and Lule will stick with the striking partnership of Bruno Olobo and Caesar Sapeo. KCC host Maroons FC at Nakivubo stadium.

KCC’s latest signing Eric Obua is expected to play a part later in the game.

Obua arrived at Lugogo last week on loan from URA FC and Lule is all praises for the midfielder. “I have no doubts to win against Maroons because our focus has never changed. Obua will be the only change in the side because he is on form,” a confident Lule said. Bunamwaya take on newly promoted Utoda at Wankulukuku.

SC Villa also returns to action today, but behind closed doors against Simba.

Villa will play in an empty Maroons stadium as a penalty following hooliganism by their fans last month. The fans will instead assemble at Villa Park, where the match will be relayed to them live on a public address system via one of the FM radios.

Villa has not won since the league started, having drawn against URA and Proline and are eighth on the standings.
