Inzikuru wins half marathon in Italy

DORCUS Inzikuru continued her climb back to running form by winning the Pordenone Half Marathon in Italy in One hour 16 minutes and 52 seconds over the weekend.

DORCUS Inzikuru continued her climb back to running form by winning the Pordenone Half Marathon in Italy in One hour 16 minutes and 52 seconds over the weekend.
The former Commonwealth and World Champion is currently in Italy, where she is working on her endurance, as she fights to be included on Uganda’s team to next year’s World Cross Country championships in March in Spain.
“It was not a tight race but this time shows that I am working towards my comeback. I will be looking forward for even a better time in further races,†said Inzikuru in a message to The New Vision.
