THE Constitutional Court will on November 15 hear Sembabule district Woman MP Anifa Kawooya’s petition seeking orders to stop the National Council for Higher Education from recalling her academic papers for scrutiny.

According to Kawooya’s affidavit, the council’s decision is politically motivated and backed by her rivals.
Last week, the court dismissed Kawooya’s application for an interim order to restrain the council from ‘antagonising’ her until her main application is determined.
