A wife, mother, businesswoman, politician. Will you manage?
Politics is leadership. I have been in leadership at home, church and business. Being a mother to Kampala should deliver people from their problems.

How does your husband feel about your involvement in politics?
I married a supportive man, Pastor David Ngabo. We got married in 2007 and are blessed with five children.

Five in three years?
After campus, I got married to the father of my four children. But things did not go as I thought they would. We separated and later, God sent me the pastor to be my loving husband. David accepted me wholly with all my luggage and he is now the father of all my five children. They know him and call him their father.

But you know how politics disorganises marriage
It depends. I call upon my fellow women in politics to always solicit support from their husbands first. Let them be your personal advisors and mentors. A divided house cannot stand.

Would you cheat on him if your politics depended on it?
I would never because it is forbidden in the Bible. I think people who cheat on their spouses lack the fear for God and lack self esteem.

How do you deal with seduction from other men?
Being a pastor’s wife, men tend to respect me and the few who flirt, expecting something end up remaining friends.

Do you expect beauty to give you an edge over competitors?
I advise my voters to look deeper than the beauty to see what I can deliver. I will only use beauty if it is what it takes to deliver Kampala from the mess it is in right now.
