Kony says the UPDF should get in touch with his field commanders. This is ridiculous because his field commanders have been on the rampage butchering unarmed and innocent Acholi. The UPDF field commanders are ready to talk peace with the LRA. However, it is the LRA which is ambushing vehicles, abducting people, maiming and killing others.
What is worse, Vincent Otti is talking continuing with fighting until the Kampala administration is overthrown. Let the LRA stop these atrocities. Then it will be seen to be for peace. Otti is even calling the LRA freedom fighters. This is an insult to real freedom fighters. My God real freedom fighters do not cook human beings in pots!
No, let Kony appoint his negotiating team, if he is serious. I believe President Museveni would be more than willing to meet such a team.
