‘Shun Besigye message’

KITGUM — State minister for sports Henry Okello Oryem has warned residents of the district against welcoming Christmas and new year greetings from exiled former presidential candidate Dr. Col. Kizza Besigye. “Such message may fuel rebellion in our land,” he said. He was recently addressing mourners at the burial of his step-mother, Yacinta Akun Lutwa.
