KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court magistrate Susan Kanyange has disqualified herself from hearing a sh96m fraud case against former Arua chief administrative officer and the Northern Uganda Reconstruction Programme financial controller.

KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court magistrate Susan Kanyange has disqualified herself from hearing a sh96m fraud case against former Arua chief administrative officer and the Northern Uganda Reconstruction Programme financial controller. Kanyange said she did not have the power to hear the case against Martin Gwoktho and Constantine Okino.
