Sorry local fans but Jigga Jay-Z is hanging up the microphone and trading in the rap lifestyle to try a little something different. In an interview with the British music magazine NME, the hip-hop impresario said his “plan is to make the next album, The Black Album, my last,” adding, “There comes a time when you've got to go and challenge yourself with other areas, you know what I'm saying?
Take myself out of my comfort zone. Take the safety blanket off.”

Instead, Jay-Z, like Eminem wants to go Hollywood.

“A feature-length film would be cool. I haven't seen 8 Mile (Enimem’s first feature film) yet. Maybe not the same storyline but maybe something. It's a natural evolution for artists. I’ve done pretty much everything in hip-hop, you know what I’m sayin,” he said.
