KASESE — More than 100 of the 408sq kilometres of wetlands in the district have been heavily degraded. This was recently revealed in a report by the district chairman, Yokasi Bihande, at a function to mark the World Wetlands day. The report was presented by the district chief finance officer, Josephat Bakereti.
