I thank people from security
for having arrested the man called Hakeem Asiimwe of Najjanankumbi in southern Kampala, who happens
to be our neighbour.
We have always wondered
who this man is.
In his company always
are government VIPs. Sometimes, he is in
the company of soldiers in his vehicle.
One time, court bailiffs wanted to arrest a defaulter
on court order; but he blocked them, claiming he was a senior
security operative from the President’s Office.
I wish security organs could give us contact telephones when we see such people.
It was shocking recently
when one Kenneth Kaitare
was arrested from URA
as senior revenue officer
only to discover
he was not!
