MBALE — The Police is looking for a vehicle which knocked dead a motor cyclist on April 1 at about 7:00pm on Nabiyonga Bridge on the Mbale-Kumi road. The deceased was identified as Moses Olinga of Uganda Seed Oil Association in Katakwi.
