Surely, if there is any urban authority in Kampala, although I don’t know KCC’s official standards, I think the holes on the Ntinda-Nakawa road have become deep enough to deserve attention. How can the blessed KCC sit back this long and watch the state of that road?

I am sure they are busy planning for the all-important matter of former mayors’ statues. It is time somebody at KCC got sacked.
