Allied Bank International will introduce a new payroll electronic management and commerce service.
The e-pay service in offing, branded pay-net, would enable employers to transfer salaries electronically for instant payment of workers.
Ronald Baine, the bank’s marketing officer, said last Friday in Jinja, the system will replace the cumbersome routine of submitting diskettes and paper schedules to the bank, “which is both expensive and slow,†he said.
