Former Miss Uganda Lillian Achom is now a globe-trotter of sorts.
After her education stint in Paris, she left a fortnight ago for New Jersey in the US to join a group of Ugandans there, who include her predecessor, Sheeba Kerere. Achom, who emerged top in her International Relations class has put her French boyfriend, Christof, in limbo.
