Clergy sued
BUKOTO – St Andrew’s Church has been sued by an organist and former choir trainer, for failure to pay his sh2m wage. Patrick Mukisa told Nakawa Court that the church’s in-charge, the Rev. Micah Bwami and Kampala Diocese failed to pay him sh2,380,000.

BUSHENYI – The Court of Appeal has upheld an eight-year jail term for James Musinguzi, Umar Kakono and David Katsibura for simple robbery. The men attacked Jovia Rwambarare in 1999 at Kabingo and stole sh800,000 property.
