Can UPDF be accorded same favour please?

SIR— On September 16, there was a report by Peter Nyanzi in the article “District chiefs corrupt.” It said the salaries of the Police have been improved to reduce corruption. The writer even suggested that more improvement should be made.
How should the UPDF who are least paid in Uganda (among forces) involve in corrupt
tendencies to increase their salaries?
