KAMPALA — The Police yesterday arrested 44 drivers and impounded special hire taxis in the city. The drivers refused to comply with the required guidelines. The city Police chief, Benson Oyo Nyeko, said, “Most of them were operating illegally. They lacked licences and some of them were not marked.”
