Guerrilla Tactics

SIR— President Yoweri Museveni should use what he calls his “kiyekera” lifestyle to fight Kony. Kony does not have a regular army. He does not have a war-front either. He uses only a handful of men for his machinations. So, why can’t the Government apply guerrilla tactics to fight this psychopathic killer? President Museveni himself is a world-class guerrilla fighter and he knows these tactics. You cannot have a large army chasing so few men who are so elusive.
