KCC losing money - IGG
KAMPALA — The Inspectorate of Government, in a recent report, said Kampala City Council was losing millions of shillings in vehicle repair and maintenance due to inflated costs by the contracted garages. The report on the study of service delivery to residents was done after complaints of all-eged corruption in KCC.
