KAMPALA — The Inspectorate of Government, in a recent report, said Kampala City Council was losing millions of shillings in vehicle repair and maintenance due to inflated costs by the contracted garages. The report on the study of service delivery to residents was done after complaints of all-eged corruption in KCC.

MENGO — Katikkiro Joseph Ssemogerere last week paid a courtesy visit to the Asantehene of Ghana, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at his Alexandra Palace in UK. Ssemo-gerere had gone to deliver a special message from the Kabaka at the Ghana Expo 2003 trade and investment exhibition.
