South African Airways (SAA)on Tuesday thanked travel agents for their support during a training workshop on its operations. The workshop was also aimed at informing them of the latest industry trends, writes Vision Reporter.
SAA regional manager, Rethabile Matseke said, the airline had improved operations over the past years earning them top awards.
“These achievements would not have been possible without you.
Thanks for supporting us. We are proud of you, and we hope you will continue supporting us,†she said. She said regular interaction was also important.
Topics covered ticketing and reservations, airport operations, the Voyager frequent flyer program and changes in Air Tanzania. Fred Bophela from the South African High commission spoke on visa applications.
