CRANES will face arch-rivals Harambee Stars in a build up game at Nakivubo on Tuesday.

“It will be a perfect test on how physically and psychologically fit we are to overcome the conditions we will face in Port Louis,” said national soccer team coach Leo Adraa.

Kenya’s Harambee Stars, who are also preparing for the 2004 Nations Cup finals and 2006 World Cup/Nations Cup qualifiers, will provide Uganda a stun test.

Cranes take a comfortable 3-0 lead into their second leg qualifier against Mauritius.

“We strongly believe the Express game (today) and Kenyan game will give us perfect competition in preparation for the Mauritius game,” FUFA general secretary Haruna Mawanda said.

FUFA delegate Kigongo Bukenya will lead the 25-man delegation, that will include professionals Ibrahim Sekajja and Sulaiman Tenywa who arrive on Monday.
