FEDERATION of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has threatened to apply article 63 (8) of the FIFA statutes, on Top TV FC.
The article dictates that football disputes should not be solved in courts of law and offenders are suspended.
FUFA secretary Haruna Mawanda yesterday said that they had remained with no alternative other than applying the article against Top TV for dragging FUFA to court protesting their demotion.
