The team that lost all its games, and only scored one in three encounters, was walked over last weekend after arriving late at the venue.
KCC, whose best performance was a draw and is lying second from bottom, will be taking on disciplined Simba in the last game of the day before action shifts to Kibuli where Villa will battle table leaders Lukuli.
Lukuli boasts of the best striking line that has 12 goals against two, while Villa has only managed to score twice in there three encounters.
The league is being sponsored by GTZ, Germany embassy, NCS and Germany Olympic Committee.
