The Kampala based- Uganda Grain Traders Limited has expressed interest in buying a variety of produce from West Nile farmers.
Addressing farmers’ marketing groups from Nebbi, Moyo, Yumbe and Adjumani districts, the managing director John Magnay said, the firm will buy simsim, maize and soya beans directly from the farmers for export.
The West Nile group were recently on a study tour around Kampala and Masindi districts.
