Sebei Elgon Cooperative Union is to channel the Prosperity For- All funds to beneficiaries in the Sebei sub-region, the state minister for finance, Rukia Chekamondo, has said.
“I am happy to have completed the assignment the President gave me in May 2008. “We shall inform you how these funds will be channelled,†she said during the union’s annual general meeting in Kapchorwa recently.
