Police bribery in Ntungamo, Rukungiri!

I am displeased with the way the traffic Police receive bribes from taxi drivers, risking the lives of passengers. This is a common practice along the Ntungamo- Rukungiri road between Kebisoni and Rukungiri town.
I am displeased with the way the traffic Police receive bribes from taxi drivers, risking the lives of passengers. This is a common practice along the Ntungamo- Rukungiri road between Kebisoni and Rukungiri town.
The Police stop drivers who park at a distance from them and pretend as if they are greeting them or signing some document as they receive money. Another case is at Police posts where one is asked for transport and lunch facilitation in order to apprehend criminals!
The public needs clarification on who should facilitate the Police to do their work. Is it the complainant or the Government?
I have always questioned any money paid to officers without receipt. Most people have lost confidence in the Police and chosen to keep a deaf ear and a blind eye as they suffer since it involves extra loss without even assistance. Please, arrest the situation.
