INFORMATION from www.seasonsindia.com shows that people with body odour should avoid foods that are rich in lecithin or choline such as soya products, corn, wheat and also chocolate, peanuts, nuts, raisins, cereals and eggs.

Limit the intake of these foods to a small part of the daily diet.
There are also foods that you can include in your diet to fight this problem.

A balanced diet is a must.
Ideally, it should be the one, which has about 20% protein such as fish and poultry, or combinations of pulses and grains, 20% oils and fats and balance from vegetables, fruit, pulses and grains.

Eat a lot of fruits like sweet bananas, watermelon, paw paws, and pineapples.

But most important of them all is drinking plenty of water will also ensure that you smell fresh and sweet.
