EDITOR—Attempts by MPs to intimidate the African Leadership Institute (ALI) boss, David Pulkol, into not publishing his findings about their performance is evidence of the MPs’ selfishness.

Once again, as was the case with their vehicles and emoluments, MPs are speaking with one voice— there is no NRM, no opposition.

They advance flimsy arguments like what Pulkol’s motive is, methodology, arming political opponents, etc. None of them addresses the issues raised in the report. Bravo ALI, bravo Pulkol. Go ahead and publish the findings.

The sessions attended and contributions made by each MP are very easy to verify so they need not be jittery. They should only prepare to account.
