Chest workout<br><br>Place your hands flat on the seat of the chair in the normal press-up position. Keeping your legs together and your body as rigid as a plank, bend your elbows slowly, lowering your chest to the chair.

Place your hands flat on the seat of the chair in the normal press-up position. Keeping your legs together and your body as rigid as a plank, bend your elbows slowly, lowering your chest to the chair. Straighten elbows to return to starting position. The slower, the better. You can also do this routine by pressing up with both your hands and legs on the floor. We all know how women can be attracted to a well built chest. So go on and do this exercise it might just boost your relationship
