POLICE in Kabale are hunting for the people who murdered a 15-year-old student for allegedly stealing property in Butobere ward.

The district criminal investigation department chief, Gordian Gehebwomuhangi, told journalists in his office on Friday that Elijah Independence, a former student of Cleveland High School, was found lying in a pool of blood after being assaulted by unknown people.
Elijah bled to death as a result of his hands being chopped off.
