Where are the nurses’ certificates?

EDITOR—Our children who qualified as nurses from all government nursing schools in Uganda since May and November 2006 and May 2007 have not yet received their certificates up to now! What is the fate of their career?

Certificates used to be issued three months after qualifying! What is the problem and who is responsible for this delay?
