But once one tries to smuggle it out of the country so that foreigners can also taste the madness it causes, he will be arrested at once! The Uganda security authorities seem to consider it a crime to deprive Ugandans of their njaga.

The way we condemn drug abuse should be the same way we should stop it. When will Ugandans be serious about what they say? MPs should first put aside the pension and salary increment debate and tackle the drug abuse issue with the seriousness it deserves.
