KCC library is like a market!

WHEN i went to the Kampala City Council library for the first time recently, I was surprised by the reception i got. The staff there were chatting as if they were at Owino market at peak hour!
WHEN i went to the Kampala City Council library for the first time recently, I was surprised by the reception i got. The staff there were chatting as if they were at Owino market at peak hour!
Some of them were even dozing with newspapers in their hands. what a shame!
KCC management should instil some discipline in these people.
