Refugees apply for resettlement in camps but it can always take months or even years before one is taken to a camp. With the influx of Kenyan refugees in Uganda, UNHCR should devise a quicker way of handling cases otherwise many refugees will continue roaming the streets of Kampala which may be a security risk.
