Ugnada has a constitution which guides its affairs. It is silly for anyone to engage in such talk.
The peace talks should address genuine concerns of national interest but not individualsâ€™ greed for cabinet posts. What is a cabinet post? Is it worth the lives that have been lost in the LRAâ€™s senseless thugary? Ugandans should not be held at ransom by whoever wants â€˜a share of the cakeâ€™. The LRA should be talking about how they should be forgiven by Ugandans in general and the people of northern Uganda in particular.
The trend of the so-called peace talks which ignores hard questions is the very foundation for the continued conflicts in Africa. The LRA are criminals and should humble themselves before Ugandans and ask for a second chance.
