MUBS, what is happening?

EDITOR—Most students are confused, worried and wondering how Makerere University Business School (MUBS) handles their functional fees and identity cards in particular. I think this money is being mismanaged.
EDITOR—Most students are confused, worried and wondering how Makerere University Business School (MUBS) handles their functional fees and identity cards in particular. I think this money is being mismanaged.
We pay this money every year but some students are soon finishing their three-year course without their identity cards having been renewed! I am one of the victims. We wonder whether MUBS is bothered about whether we are recognised as legitimate students of MUBS.
We all have valid receipts and would like to know the criteria the accounts section MUBS uses to send some students’ names to the main campus and ignore the others.
We have wasted a lot of money going to the main campus only to be tossed back because our names cannot be traced in their financial statements! This suggests that we never paid and yet we have the receipts to prove we did. MUBS should explain to us what is happening.
