IT has been reported that Kyambogo university will re-opening on June 13. I am not sure when the semester will end! Is that fair at all?

The information on the notice board at Kyambogo is that the education ministry has finished the validation of the appointments of the teaching staff and is remaining with some non- teaching staff who did not strike. Why then can’t the university open?
