MOSES Sebukenya struck at 14 minutes, to lift Mbarara United back to the Super League for the third time, as they beat Kasese Young in the Western Super Mini League final at Kakyeka Stadium yesterday.

Mbarara United survived a petition by Horizon, who they had beaten 1-0 in the semi-final a day earlier, to advance to the finals.

Competition Committee secretary Eng. Moses Magogo had earlier said that his team was still waiting for the regional Super Mini Leagues to end, before embarking on making next season’s fixtures. The league is set to start on August 1.
