She is known to shake what God gave her like there is no tomorrow. But with all that agility, it was rather amusing for fellow councillors when Kisige failed to sit on a plastic chair despite all her efforts to squeeze into it.
This was at a recent budget reading ceremony for the division. Apparently, owing to her late-coming, Kisige had missed seats reserved for VIPs. She was forced to get the nearest chair.
Following her struggle, one of her more courteous colleagues surrendered his leather chair. What about that?
