PRESIDENT Museveni’s priorities how to use Uganda’s anticipated oil wealth should be supported by all Ugandans at home and abroad. No country can ever develop without substantially investing in infrastructure and the health or welfare of its citizens.
PRESIDENT Museveni’s priorities how to use Uganda’s anticipated oil wealth should be supported by all Ugandans at home and abroad. No country can ever develop without substantially investing in infrastructure and the health or welfare of its citizens.
A well- planned and well built system of highways and railways covering the entire country should be one of the first priorities.
Uganda’s par capita spending on healthcare and education should also get a substantial boost from the projected windfall. If there is any money left over, Uganda could do with a well-planned new capital city, free of slums and boda bodas!
