Ragga Dee wants his dime this time

WHEN you have been in the local music industry for as long as singer Ragga Dee has, there is little you do not know about the trade. The Ndigida singer must have seen and heard it all but also learnt a few tricks of his own along the way.

WHEN you have been in the local music industry for as long as singer Ragga Dee has, there is little you do not know about the trade. The Ndigida singer must have seen and heard it all but also learnt a few tricks of his own along the way.

As we overheard him narrate to a friend at Club Silk recently, one of the things he has consistently observed is that during CD auctions at his album launches (as is the case for other artistes), many prominent business people and socialites either bid or pledge huge sums of money for his CDs.

However, he rarely recovers that money. As he has discovered, many pledge are a publicity prank. Well, not this time.
After 20 years, Ragga Dee has had it!

This time he vows to make every last one of the people who pledged money during his Owa Kazeke album launch and ‘20th anniversary in music’ celebrations at Hotel Africana recently, cough up!

Well, just how do you plan to coerce it out of them Dee?
