Garbage on the road!

EDITOR—Lately there have been many garbage companies with trucks carrying garbage to the dumping site at Kiteezi.
EDITOR—Lately there have been many garbage companies with trucks carrying garbage to the dumping site at Kiteezi.
These trucks are overloaded and some drop sacks of garbage in the roads as they move along! Although there are always labourers on these trucks, they never alert the drivers to stop and pick the sacks of garbage from the road! Why don’t these garbage companies collaborate so that if one truck drops a sack of garbage another one can pick it?
