I didn’t get all my cash

I went to an ATM of a prominent bank in Jinja on October 6 to withdraw my salary only to get less by sh10,000!
I went to an ATM of a prominent bank in Jinja on October 6 to withdraw my salary only to get less by sh10,000!
i counted several times but nothing changed. I still have the receipt stating the amount that I had requested for but did not get. Fortunately, there was a bank official in the vicinity and I hurried to inform him. I recounted the money before him to prove my point and he advised me to report to the bank the following day which I did.
I was asked to fill a form explaining what happened but up to now I have neither received my money nor a response! In that case what does one do? Certainly, one cannot blame the machine but some official in the bank. is this kind of thing an omission or commission?
