This hinders web-based communication technology, yet it is fast, cheap and environment-friendly compared to other forms of communication. What is the ministry of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) doing?
If local NGOs can spend money on information technology, what about government ministries? It is time something positive was done about this urgent matter.
