He said the council would also re-advertise the tenders for the management of the two taxi parks. The tendering process stalled last year after four bidders were disqualified. The local government minister, Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire intervened in the matter.

KAMPALA - A senior pastor of the Calvary Tempel Church, Steven Sebyala, on Wednesday said the organisation will donate 10,000 hoes and seeds to Karamoja residents.
