between February 27 and March 3, a team came up to do what they called investigation on weigh bridges. They began at a point where there were obvious loopholes but no action was taken.
The next point was Iganga and it was the same story. Were the ‘investigators’ really doing their work or merely passing time? Uganda still has a long way to go on the matter of corruption.
