Bududa man for education
Wilson Watira, a candidate contesting for the district LC5 seat, has pledged to promote education, commercial agriculture and rural electrification. “Without education, we shall remain under- developed. The free primary and secondary education programmes were some of the projects I had embarked on when I was the interim chairman. Once you elect me, I will pick from where I stopped,†he told a rally in Bushika sub-county on Tuesday. Watira, an NRM candidate, is facing independents; Solomon Ngati and Wafutsayo Wambi.
