Uganda Railways, remove that rag!

SIR — I am a Ugandan and love my country very much. Many countries I know respect their flags and keep them in immaculate conditions. But this does not seem to be the case in Uganda.

Take the example of the Uganda railways! Why do they keep that dirty, ugly tattered rag of a flag flying lazily above the railway station in the capital city?
Is it supposed to demonstrate the miserable fate of the Uganda railways? That rag they call a flag should either be replaced or removed immediately.
