Gambling in schools must stop!

SIR — With the increase in the crime rate today, i wonder whether the children we are raising will grow up to be good parents. Despite the restrictions in schools, some children still resort to gambling instead of studying. i have seen this in many schools.

Recently, I was shocked when I saw a group of young boys gambling at the school where i had gone to pay fees. I had to alert a teacher about what was going on during class time!
Strict school rules need to be followed if we are to bring up responsible citizens.
